Description

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment

  • Design and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent across all functions.
  • Partner with department leads to identify hiring needs and ensure alignment with company growth objectives.
  • Foster relationships with recruiting firms, universities, and talent networks to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Onboarding and Integration

  • Develop and oversee an engaging onboarding process that ensures new hires feel welcomed, informed, and integrated into LFGO's culture from day one.
  • Implement feedback loops to continuously improve onboarding experiences.

Organizational Development

  • Lead initiatives that enhance team effectiveness, structure, and communication.
  • Design career development frameworks and growth paths tailored to different functions within the organization.
  • Support leadership training and development programs to build management capabilities and foster a culture of mentorship.

Performance Management

  • Develop and manage performance evaluation systems to drive employee accountability, feedback, and growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set clear goals and performance metrics.

Culture Building and Employee Engagement

  • Champion LFGO's values and mission by embedding them into all people practices.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to boost morale, team spirit, and collaboration.
  • Implement employee recognition programs to highlight and reward contributions.

Compensation and Benefits Strategy

  • Create competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain talent while aligning with the company's financial strategy.
  • Regularly assess and benchmark compensation practices against industry standards.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

HR Compliance and Risk Management
