Social Media Specialist
LF*GO! is seeking a social media savant to join our category-disruptive brand to help us craft narratives that engage and delight our consumers. The right candidate is chronically online, has the right mix of wit and creativity, with potentially a bit of well-timed snark. They should have a strong mix of creative and strategic skills with a focus on creating high-performing content and building a community of brand evangelists. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is interested in joining a small but mighty team in building an exciting consumer brand from the ground up.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead content strategy and execution across channels (Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and other relevant social platforms), creating programming that prompts our consumer to regularly engage with us and share with their community.
- Own the LF*GO! social media accounts, including creation of the social calendar, scheduling, posting, and community management.
- Build out robust and actionable social reporting leveraging internal resources and third-party tools.
- Work with in-house creative team and third-party creators to plan and develop all content across channels.
- Stay on the cutting edge of digital marketing trends and topics relevant to our customer. Constantly find new ways to expand our reach and enhance our impact through use of new channels, analysis, and tools.
- Act as the face of LF*GO!, representing and speaking to our target consumer through social.
- Own community management strategy, engaging with our consumers and with other brands where appropriate to position us as a brand to watch in the social space.

Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional experience working in and/or managing a social media project and be very comfortable with social media editing tools & KPIs.
- Passionate about social media and pop culture! You should be someone who stays on top of the latest developments in the platform/space, testing the latest opportunities, reiterating, and revising accordingly.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is a must!
- Strong project management, organizational, communication, and leadership skills to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and projects.
- Experience or desire to work in a start-up is a must.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey recommendations and conclusions clearly to senior leadership.
- Positive, high-energy, and eager to learn, with a true entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, autonomous, and eager to build.
- 1-2 years of community management experience or a strong personal social media presence.
- Copywriting experience with a touch of humor.
Compensation
$60-80K base DOE + Bonus
